Body Impulse

EMS Training forms the cornerstone of our programme but we blend in High Intensity Interval Training as well as Pilates techniques to take your workout with us to the next level. We adapt our signature training programme to suit your individual needs and work with you to achieve your goals. During your workout, you will be connected to our EMS training device which stimulates your muscles with electrical impulses. Our EMS training is focussed on body weight exercises but we integrate weights, resistance bands and other equipment into the session, depending on whether the training takes place in a gym environment, at your home or in the office.

Let us come to you, only a small area is required for training, no equipment needed, we bring everything.

Train at Work

Save time, we train you at your office. All we need is a small room of about 100sqft, we bring all the equipment.

EMS training exercises the muscle fibers responsible for maximum strength, explosive type movements, much harder than conventional training will. Our bodies try to be efficient by engaging our most energy efficient muscle tissue first and the least energy efficient tissue, tasked with maximum strength actions, last. But through EMS training, you can take control and reverse this so called “muscle recruitment order”.
